CEA’s Mastering Workplace Investigations course is a no-judgment two-part course designed for professionals who have never conducted an investigation, or those who may have conducted a few investigations but want to brush up on best practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to actively participate in practical exercises and collaborative group discussions while learning how to:
- Recognize when an investigation is required or recommended
- Follow all steps for a thorough investigation
- Prepare for and conduct interviews
- Review evidence
- Make findings
- Take corrective action
Registration is open for our December 3 and December 4 series. The series is approved for HCRI and SHRM credit.
