2026 CA State and Federal Employment Law Paper Poster
This all-in-one double-sided paper labor law poster provides current mandatory California and Federal notices. Keep postings up-to-date to meet business requirements, avoid posting fines, and diminish employee disputes. This option allows you to co-brand a bulk order for your customers. Your logo will appear in the top right of the header. You will have a chance to review the design before printing.

These posters are double-sided, with English on one side and Spanish on the other. In California, employers must post required notices in the language of non-English speaking employees who comprise at least 10% of their workforce. This includes posters related to discrimination, harassment, and other employment rights.
If you have Spanish-speaking employees you’ll need to order TWO posters to hang up so that both languages are visible for your employees.

High-resolution logos should be provided for these options. Logos should be a minimum of 400 pixels wide and saved as PNG or TIFF files. Transparent backgrounds work best. Shipping will be calculated based on zip code and weight. Cost will be a direct cost pass-through.

Are you required to post labor law posters in Spanish in California?
California law requires employers to post certain labor law posters in Spanish if at least 10% of their workforce is Spanish-speaking.

Where should posters be placed?
Posters must be in a conspicuous place at the worksite where employees can easily access them. Common examples are break rooms, main hallways, near copy machines, in work trucks, etc. While posters can be distributed electronically for remote workers, employers are still obligated to physically display posters in the workplace.
