NEW for 2025: These posters are double-sided, with English on one side and Spanish on the back. In California, employers must post required notices in the language of non-English speaking employees who comprise at least 10% of their workforce. This includes posters related to discrimination, harassment, and other employment rights.
If you have Spanish-speaking employees you’ll need to order TWO posters to hang up so that both languages are visible for your employees.
