Jennifer Duggan is a senior partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation. With over 28 years of expertise representing employers of all sizes, Jennifer proactively assists employers to minimize their risk of employment lawsuits, and to make sure that, in the event of a legal claim, they are in the strongest possible position to defend themselves. Jennifer has successfully defended wage and hour class action lawsuits, PAGA claims, various individual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, contract and tort-based employment litigation, and unfair competition and trade secret litigation. Jennifer also works closely with clients to avoid litigation in high-risk employment disputes and in everyday personnel challenges. She has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts and argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the Third District Court of Appeal.

Christina Bucci Hamilton is a partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation, where she has been successfully representing employers for the past eleven years. With a strong expertise in both California and federal employment laws, she provides strategic counsel on a wide range of issues, including wage and hour compliance, accommodating disabled and pregnant employees, reviewing and drafting compliant policies, handbooks, and employee communications, offering guidance on employee discipline and terminations, responding to charges from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Civil Rights Department, and conducting thorough, impartial workplace investigations. A skilled employment law litigator, Christina has extensive experience defending wage and hour Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and class actions, as well as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Katie Collins is a partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation, bringing over eight years of expertise in employment law.
