As CEA’s Learning and Development Director, Kecia draws on over a decade of expertise in enhancing employee engagement and career development. Her strategic focus is on delivering high-impact training solutions, ensuring a robust and skillful workforce. Kecia has a BA in Spanish Literature from the University of Montana, a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine, and is a certified CliftonStrengths Coach through Gallup.
