A Note for Employers with a multilingual workforce:
In California, employers must post required notices in the language of non-English-speaking employees who comprise at least 10% of their workforce. This includes posters related to discrimination, harassment, and other employment rights.
If you have Spanish-speaking employees, you’ll need to order TWO posters to hang up so that both languages are visible to your employees.
