Jennifer Duggan is a senior partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation. With over 28 years of expertise representing employers of all sizes, Jennifer proactively assists employers to minimize their risk of employment lawsuits, and to make sure that, in the event of a legal claim, they are in the strongest possible position to defend themselves. Jennifer has successfully defended wage and hour class action lawsuits, PAGA claims, various individual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, contract and tort-based employment litigation, and unfair competition and trade secret litigation. Jennifer also works closely with clients to avoid litigation in high-risk employment disputes and in everyday personnel challenges. She has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts and argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the Third District Court of Appeal.

Laura McHugh is a senior partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation. She has represented companies of all sizes in employment and labor law matters for over 28 years. Laura works closely with clients to provide cost-efficient and effective solutions to workplace needs, whether through aggressive litigation defense in highly contested employment disputes or practical day-to-day guidance on workplace issues, including discipline and discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, wage and hour, meal period and rest break compliance, prevailing wages, and the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). Her expertise extends to traditional labor law, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practices, and grievance resolution. She has skillfully handled a variety of employment disputes and tried several cases, both individual and class actions. She has argued before the California Supreme Court and Third District Court of Appeal, obtaining precedential, published decisions.

Christina Bucci Hamilton is a partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation, where she has been successfully representing employers for the past eleven years. With a strong expertise in both California and federal employment laws, she provides strategic counsel on a wide range of issues, including wage and hour compliance, accommodating disabled and pregnant employees, reviewing and drafting compliant policies, handbooks, and employee communications, offering guidance on employee discipline and terminations, responding to charges from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Civil Rights Department, and conducting thorough, impartial workplace investigations. Katie Collins is a partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation, bringing over eight years of expertise in employment law.
