• Back-Up/Flex Care - Gives employees a bank of days for planned or last-minute child care at KinderCare centers when their regular care is unavailable, helping them stay at work while their children receive reliable care

• Tuition Benefit+: Provides deeper, customizable employer subsidies in increments of 5% that can cover up to 100% of the cost of child care tuition.
